Intevac to Participate in 2014 SOFIC (Special Operations Forces Industry Conference)

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Intevac, Inc. (NASDAQ:IVAC) announced today that the company will participate in 2014 SOFIC. Intevac’s Photonics Group has multiple products which operate in the visible/near infrared (IR) band and the short wave IR band.

Intevac will feature high-sensitivity digital optical sensor modules, cameras and systems for the capture and display of low-light images. Various products will be displayed in the booth including Intevac’s patented sensors and the Apache M611 and LIVAR® cameras. Product demonstrations of Intevac’s development stage digital night vision goggle will take place in a location near the convention center.

Intevac’s Booth at the Tampa Convention Center is #1450. Booth hours are Tuesday, May 20th from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 21st from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Thursday, May 22nd , from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
